I can't believe my feet have grown so much since last year. The Sidis [outside] fit me last year and this year I needed to buy the Specializeds [middle]!!! I hope that doesn't keep happening...yikes!BTW - if you have a wide forefoot give Specialized's line of MTB shoes a try. As you can see there is quite a difference in width and the front of these shoes.
