It does take a while to learn to ride it like that. They're not being made anymore, but you can find them secondhand at http://www.ligfietsshop.nl/ or at http://www.ligfiets.net/markt/ (Dutch)At ligfiets.net you can see a lot of DIY flevobikes. Apparently it is still a popular bike for self-builders.
